Drive HVAC engineering specifications with Master. As a Ventilation Outside Sales Representative, you will collaborate with engineers and consulting teams while developing specifications in a hybrid work workplace.
Reporting to the Ventilation Sales Director, this role ensures products are outlined during the design phase. You will manage engineering accounts, proactively prospect current clients, and provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Strong collaboration with internal teams and market analysis are key responsibilities of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to grow engineering specifications
• Manage sales activities for assigned engineering accounts
• Proactively identify and engage current engineering clients




• Provide technical support during design and tender phases
• Maintain accurate project information within the CRM
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in HVAC or related field
• 5–10 years of commercial sales experience in HVAC/R
• Robust knowledge of HVAC products and applications
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning
