As a key member of the Early Learning & Parenting Department, you will leverage your ECE II or ECE III credentials and more than two years of child care experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver age-appropriate programming tailored to each child’s needs
• Foster a clean and secure setting for healthy interactions




• Supervise and engage children during individual and group activities
• Identify and manage risks to ensure child safety
• Document relevant information and record program details according to standards
Requirements:
• ECE II or ECE III classification from Manitoba Child Care Program
• Current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare facility
• Robust understanding of child development theories
