Job Title An Administrator, Collections. Reporting To Manager, Collections. Job Details Full Time / Part Time, Contract – 18 months. Salary: $38,610 – $57,915. Posting Date: January 15, 2026. Closing Date: January 22, 2026. Hours: 8:30 a.M. – 5:00 p.M. Grade: 4.5. Location: Toronto. The Opportunity The Collections Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the collections team, including preparation of all reporting requirements and weekly reconciliations for the collections department. How You Will Contribute Audit & process daily Representment report and maintain daily tracking report (volume of NSF items). Prepare and write-up files for legal action review. Prepare daily reports utilized by investors, management and the Special Accounts department. Identify, scan and distribute daily mail, faxes. Audit and process monthly invoices for property management companies. Distribute incoming cheques and liaise with accounting for cheque processing. Complete all bankruptcy documentation and distribute to trustee. Manage and audit common expense arrears. Provide support to the management and collections team in all areas of administration. Act as backup for Default Management Administrators. Other duties as assigned. Adheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable. The Experience You Need Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to prioritize and organize daily workflow. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner with focused attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Initiative to learn new skills and improve processes.
Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis Office environment. Periods of high volume with tight timelines. Long periods of stationary position/sitting. Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.E., using a keyboard and mouse). Long periods of time in viewing a computer screen.
