Role Description The Training Program Coordinator will manage part-time, remote training initiatives for Manufacturing Experts using the Origin Detector platform. In this role, the coordinator will organize and update training program materials, schedule and track trainer sessions, and ensure that training content aligns with platform standards and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating training calendars, communicating with trainers and internal stakeholders, monitoring attendance and completion, and documenting program outcomes.
The coordinator will streamline onboarding processes for new Manufacturing Experts, support continuous learning, and suggest improvements to training workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Training Coordination and Training skills to manage schedules, sessions, and participant logistics effectively.
- Candidates should possess Program Management and Training & Development skills to design, implement, and refine structured training programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with trainers, team members, and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Background in manufacturing, quality assurance, education, or instructional coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, apply feedback, and contribute to process improvement initiatives is expected.
