OverviewWe are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale a growing distribution and fulfillment operation. This role is focused on breaking down existing processes, improving speed and accuracy, and building the systems and team required to support continued growth.Reporting directly to ownership, this position carries full accountability for warehouse operations, cross-border logistics, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityLead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receivingManage a 3PL warehouse in USOversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputesHire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadershipTrack KPIs, manage departmental P&L,
