Shape Jewish leaders with the Diller Teen Programming Manager role at JHub. Oversee engaging educational initiatives designed for teens, supporting Jewish identity and leadership.
In this full-time role, you will manage the Diller Teen Fellows program, focusing on experiential learning for high school students. Your duties will include planning workshops, facilitating discussions, and enhancing community engagement. You'll work alongside teens and their families to ensure a supportive and inspiring setting throughout the program year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver workshops, seminars, and retreats aligned with Diller’s framework
• Foster leadership through guided group activities
• Coordinate logistics for diverse program components
• Provide comprehensive support and mentorship to teen participants
• Regularly communicate with community partners and families
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in youth programming
• Solid interpersonal and organizational capabilities
• Passion for youth leadership and experiential education
• Familiarity with the Jewish community preferred
• Essential: Driver’s license and vehicle access
