In this hands-on role, you'll support the Program Director and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project operations. Responsibilities include tracking progress of initiatives, maintaining organized documentation, and managing internal communications. You'll also act as a Project Clarity ambassador, nurturing partnerships and promoting team engagement within the transformative banking workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Report on key financial and non-financial project metrics • Ensure organized and version-controlled project documentation • Manage internal communications and feedback loops • Participate in sprint reviews to capture key actions • Facilitate weekly reporting to leadership teams

Requirements: • Business degree or relevant experience • At least 2 years in financial services or related fields • Robust familiarity with digital banking and governance frameworks • Excellent detail management and troubleshooting skills • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
