Key Responsibilities:
• Offer community-based occupational therapy services tailored to clients
• Perform detailed assessments, including home safety and mobility




• Create intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
• Educate clients and connect them to community resources
• Ensure accurate documentation of all therapy activities

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Proven communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently in a community setting
• Valid G or G2 driver's license for travel
• Experience with MS Office and clinical software
