• Provide patient consultations and tailored treatment plans

Requirements:
• Valid Physical Therapy license in Ontario
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Knowledge of FIM and stroke inventory assessments
• Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities
• French proficiency and driver’s license highly regarded
