Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement resident care plans
• Record vital signs and administer medications
• Offer emotional and educational support to families
• Administer specialized treatments for long-term conditions
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary care team
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing required
• LPN certification mandatory
• Eligible/registered with CLPNS
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency needed
