Are you an experienced Montessori educator looking to join a supportive and child-centered school community? We are currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Casa Teacher to join our team in Whitby, Ontario .

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with Montessori principles
Support children in self-directed learning and development
Maintain a clean, engaging, and well-organized prepared environment
Observe and document student progress with attention to detail
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student development
Participate in staff meetings, career development, and parent events
Follow school and regulatory policies for safety, record keeping, and daily operations
Keep a daily classroom log and complete any required reports
Qualifications
Montessori Casa Diploma (AMI or MACTE preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with strong time management abilities
Ability to work well in a team setting
Warm, patient, and energetic personality
Available Monday to Friday
Fluent in English (French is an asset)
Valid criminal reference check (or willingness to obtain)
