You Will
Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
Coordinate workload and task distribution with other lifeguards
Update posting and signage information when needed
Respect resort standards on pool safety and hygiene
Implement corrective actions when necessary
Manage materials and maintain them in valuable condition
Inform the land sport supervisor or sports manager of any possible issues
