Windows and Doors Sales Specialist – Lethbridge

Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative for Lethbridge and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position with performance-based earning prospects.

Responsibilities
Attend pre-qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.
Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).
Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.
Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.
Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
Make follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.
Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
One year of experience as a project manager or in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
