This position offers you the chance to contribute to Black & McDonald’s maintenance operations under the guidance of the Facilities Management and Operations Project Manager. You will manage both planned and responsive maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe workplace for all. Building solid relationships with clients and subcontractors is essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct facility assessments and log readings regularly
• Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing and HVAC
• Supervise subcontractor work effectively




• Address tenant requests with urgency
• Communicate health and safety matters proactively
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
• High school diploma; pursuing Class 5 Power Engineering Certification
• Training in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems preferred
• Valid Class 5 AB Driver’s License
• Willingness to work on-call for emergencies
