Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the property is free of litter and debris
• Perform snow removal to keep paths transparent
• Maintain rubbish and recycling bins effectively
• Assist with outdoor maintenance and projects
• Engage in labor-intensive tasks with attention to detail
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Previous landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfort in various weather conditions
• Experience working on ladders
