• Build long-term broker relationships and legendary service • Evaluate complex risk requests and renewals efficiently • Coach and develop team members in underwriting capabilities • Lead workflow improvements to elevate efficiency and practice • Quote and authorize moderate to complex business transactions
Requirements: • Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant underwriting experience • Chartered Insurance Skilled (CIP) designation is preferred • Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships • Expertise in underwriting guides and local community insurance issues • Capability to manage priorities under pressure
