As a Program Resource Worker reporting to the Site Manager, you will operate within Lookout's mission to provide housing and support to those in need. Your responsibilities will include helping guests navigate community resources, administering medication, and overseeing social activities. Collaboration with other staff is essential to maintain a protected setting for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests in accessing community resources
• Oversee client-focused social and recreational activities
• Administer medication following established protocols
• Support clients with daily living activities
• Record and maintain accurate client documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with 2 years experience
• Certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction resources
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector required
