Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Ticket Ushers in daily tasks
• Resolve patron concerns and ensure a welcoming setting
• Lead emergency evacuations and enforce safety protocols
• Prepare communication boards and incident reports
• Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant policies
Requirements:
• Robust leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiar with Entertainment Centre standards
• WHMIS and Smart Play training
• Ability to lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
