Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized personal care to residents
• Assist in daily living activities and meal services
• Foster resident participation in recreational outings
• Ensure cleanliness in living environments through housekeeping

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Assistant program recognized by the Post-Secondary Education Commission
• Registration with BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Solid conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting the elderly community
• Must pass a transparent Vulnerable Record Search
