In this role, you'll closely collaborate with the Director of Accounting to enhance all accounting functions at Galderma. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the accounts receivable team, managing workflows for timely financial posts, and ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations. You will guide finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead the Accounts Receivable process to optimize efficiency




• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate policies
• Develop strategies for credit management and customer payment practices
• Analyze accounts receivable aged balances for risk assessment
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
