Timeplan is looking for full time Teaching Assistants to join its team starting in September, with roles extending throughout the academic year. This position is perfect for recent graduates interested in pursuing a PGCE or teacher training in the future while gaining valuable classroom experience. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to students, requiring an enthusiastic and patient approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with special educational needs during class
• Develop effective learning strategies tailored to individual needs




• Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
• Foster student engagement and participation in learning
• Participate in ongoing training and career development
Requirements:
• Must hold a degree-level qualification
• Enhanced DBS registration on the Online Update Service required
• Experience working with children 1:1 or in small groups
• Understanding of special education needs is advantageous
• Must be friendly, patient, and motivated to help
