Aberdeen City HSCP is looking for a clinician to enhance their recent neurodevelopmental model for supporting children and families. Your role will include providing clinical support and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to foster inclusive practices. Strong emphasis will be placed on early identification and coordinated care while improving the shared understanding of child development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consultation within a multi-disciplinary framework
• Build supportive narratives with children and families
• Strengthen assessment processes during the Test of Change
• Ensure effective training in neuro-affirming methodologies
• Commit to regular clinical supervision and evaluation
Requirements:
• Must be a registered clinician with relevant experience
• Enthusiasm for improving systems for neurodivergent youth
• Driving license required for community work
