Become a critical part of The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group as a Financial Reporting Analyst, specializing in comprehensive financial analysis and reporting processes. Focus on effective data management and forecasting.
In this role, directly reporting to the Finance Manager, your expertise will ensure timely internal and external financial reports. You will analyze financial transactions, prepare complex journal entries in compliance with GAAP, and conduct monthly analysis of financial data. Additionally, you will evaluate budgeting and forecast metrics to identify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update general ledger reports for accuracy
• Analyze and review financial data for consistency




• Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting and analysis
• Work on process improvements with team members
• Communicate financial data effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in finance, business, or accounting
• At least 5 years of qualified experience
• CPA credential is required
• Robust Excel expertise for data interpretation
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
