As a Sanitation-Focused Dishwasher, you will work under the Dining Services Manager to ensure that health and safety standards meet our commitment to quality care. This role involves active participation in maintaining a team-oriented and proactive work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cleaning of kitchenware and dining items
• Monitor and manage dish machine temperatures
• Follow procedures for chemical use and sanitation




• Assist with dining room cleanup post-service
• Participate in infection control and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of grade 12 education mandatory
• Preferred 1 year of dishwashing experience
• Effective communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in warm, humid conditions
• Robust sense of responsibility and teamwork
