Tridon Communications is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in their Edmonton Head Office. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Service and Cabling operations
• Provide direction to Team Leads and technical staff
• Support cabling projects and customer satisfaction
• Identify efficiency and cost control prospects
• Oversee budgets and operational documentation
Requirements:
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a technical setting
• Degree or Diploma in a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of operational planning and estimating
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence
