Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical facilities
• Conduct service and repair duties in guest areas




• Maintain cleanliness in mechanical rooms per regulations
• Oversee Health Club facilities, including hot tubs
• Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team
Requirements:
• Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Designation
• Pool Operator Level 1 Certification
• HVAC background considered an asset
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of computerized energy management systems
