This role will lead multiple high-impact initiatives, operating at the intersection of business and technology within a highly complex project team structure. The ideal candidate brings deep financial services experience, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale initiatives in environments with high ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of large, complex payments and RTR initiativesManage projects exceeding $10M+ budgetsHead initiatives involving both technology and business teams, internal and externalLead Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and prepare executive-level presentationsDevelop high-quality slide decks and project artifacts for senior stakeholdersNavigate complex organizational structures and competing prioritiesDrive alignment across stakeholders while managing risk, scope, and delivery timelinesAct as a senior liaison between business leaders, technology teams,
