TECHNICAL RECRUITER/SOURCER Our Mississauga based client is seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join their team to support the Sr. Recruiter in building a proactive pipeline to anticipate future needs/roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with hiring managers & HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning needs in Digital, Data, AI and Technology Proactively source, engage, and pipeline high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, market mapping and digital sourcing strategies Manage recruitment for technical and digital roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding support Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across emerging technologies and niche skillsets Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to business leaders Ensure a strong candidate experience by communicating consistently, transparently and with professionalism EXPERIENCE:



Experience as a technical sourcer/strategic technical sourcing (understands talent sourcing strategies) Robust experience in proactively building candidate pools with experience in AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Development MUST HAVE strong communication skills and be able to influence, will be working closely and alongside a Sr. Digital Talent Partner and participating in talent pipelining with hiring leaders Experience building long term relationships with candidates 6 month contract Hourly Rate: $35/hour for an Incorporated consultant (based on 37.5 hours/week) 3 days/week in office If you’re interested, please reply with a copy of your updated CV.
