In this senior role, you will report directly to the Project Controls Manager, ensuring adherence to established cost management practices. Your responsibilities will include analyzing cost variances, developing cost forecasting, and communicating with stakeholders to address financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with stakeholders for effective cost reporting
• Comply with established project cost management policies
• Analyze and report on cost performance variances
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Supervise the development of project coding structures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in project controls
• Excellent communicative abilities with diverse groups
• Familiarity with automated cost management tools
• Leadership in cost or scheduling roles on projects
• Open to travel for business as needed
