You will architect AI-powered workflows, focusing on customer self-service virtual agents and agent-assist solutions across platforms such as Google CCAI and OpenAI. Collaboration with multiple teams to translate business needs into reusable prompt frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize prompts for virtual agents and tools
• Define benchmarking metrics and testing methodologies
• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
• Establish governance standards for AI deployments
• Analyze logs and metrics to refine prompts and improve CSAT
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Conversational AI or NLP
• Direct experience with Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript
• Mastery in prompt design techniques
