In this pivotal role, you will govern the Engineering Career Centre's programming aimed at enhancing student career readiness. Focusing on developing workshops, sessions, and diverse resources, you will lead a dedicated team. Additionally, you will engage with a broad network of stakeholders to ensure the alignment of program offerings with industry needs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the creation and delivery of student career development workshops • Lead a team focused on student advising and guidance • Strengthen partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders • Design and implement evaluation tools for program success • Foster an inclusive setting for diverse student populations
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Adult Education or related field • Seven years in leadership roles • Experience in program development and assessment • Strong understanding of equity and inclusion in education • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
