Overview

This position is responsible for a range of manufacturing and distribution tasks, including assembling and manufacturing sales orders, picking products from the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and delivering products to customers.

Responsibilities
Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
Receive incoming shipments into inventory, post in online system, and place items in warehouse.
Pick product in warehouse and prepare items for delivery or shipping.
Assemble products to company, customer, and manufacturer’s standards.
Perform all product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and company work instruction.
Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools, forklifts, and picking lifts.
Make recommendations to management regarding product and process improvements.
Assist with physical inventory.
Deliver product as required.
Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and team-members professionally.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.




Proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Basic mechanical skills, including use of hand tools.
Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, internet, and email.

Qualifications
1–2 years of warehousing or production experience in an industrial setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
