Key Responsibilities: • Lead prosecution efforts for criminal cases • Decide on charges and manage court proceedings • Offer support to victims and witnesses • Collaborate with a diverse legal team • Uphold Crown Counsel policies and procedures
Requirements: • Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of British Columbia • At least six months of criminal law experience • Eligible for Crown Counsel Level 1 (up to 5 years of call) • Must travel for case responsibilities • Complete criminal record check and security review
