Realstar seeks a dedicated two-person team for their Assistant Resident Manager position, which includes living in office in a rent-free apartment. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, conducting minor maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents. Successful candidates will enhance resident satisfaction and assist in leasing suites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas: hallways, stairwells, and amenities
• Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
• Prepare vacant apartment suites for incoming residents




• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Assist with leasing processes and respond to on-call requests
Requirements:
• Robust customer service skills are essential
• Previous property management experience is an asset
• Knowledge of safe cleaning material handling (WHMIS)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills and valuable communication abilities
