Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, match, and code invoices for payment
• Research invoice discrepancies for timely resolutions
• Upload and enter invoices in the accounting software
• Assist with establishing current vendors and month-end tasks
• Process vendor inquiries and distribute statements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable function
• Education preferably in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
• Proficient use of accounting systems and Excel
• Robust detail orientation and organizational capability
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
