This permanent position requires a Registered Dietician to support the communities of Little Pine, Lucky Man, Poundmaker, and Sweetgrass First Nations. Key qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, experience in community nutrition, and certification as a Diabetes Educator. Candidates will utilize their knowledge of community health to develop impactful programs and provide essential dietary guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement community nutrition programs
• Collaborate with health teams for program effectiveness




• Conduct nutrition assessments and provide counseling
• Engage in outreach and educational initiatives
• Travel within member communities as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or equivalent
• Registration with relevant dietitian associations
• Minimum 2 years of community nutrition experience
• Understanding of First Nations health issues
• Transparent criminal record check required
