In this role, you will contribute significantly to the creation of user guides, API documentation, and process manuals while collaborating closely with engineering and support teams. You will maintain existing documentation, ensuring relevance and clarity while creating supportive visual aids like diagrams and flowcharts. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing user experience through well-structured content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive documentation including user guides and release notes
• Translate technical content into accessible information




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accuracy in documentation
• Update existing documents to maintain consistency
• Manage documentation workflows using platforms like Confluence
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or related discipline
• 2–4+ years in a technical writing position
• Solid verbal and written communication capabilities
• Experience with tools such as Git and Notion
• Understanding of Agile development environments
