We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Wood Framing Carpenter to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of residential and/or commercial wood-frame construction and be able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components.
Construct floors, walls, roofs, and other structural frameworks.
Install sheathing, subfloors, and related framing materials.
Ensure work is completed safely, accurately,



and to quality standards.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and other crew members.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of wood framing experience.
Robust understanding of residential and commercial framing practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
