A typical day:
Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in‑store experience




Focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising

Successful candidates will have:
Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role
Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
Show strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
Exhibit confident leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities
