As a Detailing Specialist, you’ll perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning tasks, including both interior and exterior detailing. It's crucial to uphold high cleanliness standards and maintain an organized workspace. This role requires effective communication and a thorough approach, facilitating teamwork in achieving shop KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hand-clean and wash vehicle exteriors and interiors
• Apply protective waxes and polish for vehicle preservation
• Organize and clean the facility's setting
• Power wash the shop floor as necessary
• Support the implementation of quality standards in service
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Robust attention to detail under pressure
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Capable of lifting more than 50lbs regularly
