As the Head of Rewards, you will execute Munich Re’s rewards strategy within the region, reporting to the Regional Head of HR. This senior role requires overseeing salary structures, managing annual compensation processes, and ensuring compliance with regional labor laws. You will work closely with HRBPs, Finance, and the Global Payroll team to ensure effective implementation and alignment.

• Define and implement global rewards strategies • Oversee job grading and salary structure analysis • Manage annual compensation cycles and perks programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align compensation strategies
