We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Associate with at least five years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting both stationary and rotating machinery. The ideal candidate will perform corrective maintenance on equipment such as overhead cranes and hydraulic systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain industrial machinery for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot failures related to mechanical and electrical systems
• Repair pumps, transmission assemblies,



and overhead hoists
• Design jigs for machinery installation and repair
• Report on equipment defects and participate in maintenance procedures
Requirements:
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Must lift 50 lbs and work in a high heat setting
• Comfort working 10 to 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to wear hard hat and PPE
