Join Main Street Project’s Housing Services team, assisting clients with their basic needs while promoting independence. The role includes coordinating move-ins, conducting safety checks, and medication management. You will implement programs to enhance participants' well-being and connect them with essential resources in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate move-ins for community members with external partners
• Conduct regular floor checks for safety and cleanliness
• Assist with medication management and documentation




• Develop programming to support resident engagement
• Provide crisis support and address immediate needs
Requirements:
• Experience with adults facing homelessness and mental health issues
• Post-secondary education in addictions and mental health
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations
• Certification in CPR and Mental Health First Aid
