Become a key member of Aspira Wildpine Retirement Living, serving as an Unregulated Care Provider. Your role involves delivering high-quality care and developing connections with residents.
In this position, you'll support the daily lives of seniors by delivering compassionate care in a team-oriented environment. You will manage resident records, administer medications, and communicate any changes in health to the Director of Wellness, ensuring a protected and fulfilling atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document resident care and health status according to standards
• Administer medications and observe for changes in health
• Report any incidents or issues with residents
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace




• Assist Guest Attendants with care coordination
Requirements:
• Completed Personal Service Worker certificate program
• CPR certification and Medication Administration training
• Familiarity with seniors and the aging process
• Ability to function independently and in a team setting
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and have legal work eligibility in Canada
