Key Responsibilities:
• Administer academic searches and tenure review activities
• Schedule meetings and maintain agendas
• Collect documentation for reviews and promotions
• Draft and edit reports using collected data
• Prepare expense reimbursements for the Director
Requirements:
• Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Three years of relevant administrative experience
• Expertise in managing complex calendars
• Proficient in MS Office tools and scheduling software
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
