• Direct Fairmont Gold operations ensuring guest satisfaction
• Provide exceptional concierge service to guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping to address maintenance needs




• Conduct performance management for Fairmont Gold staff
• Facilitate daily communication to implement service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in hotel guest services required
• Solid interpersonal skills to inspire and lead colleagues
• Degree or Diploma in hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of service expectations for international travelers
• Familiarity with Opera (Property Manager) and Microsoft applications
