Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Evaluate and adapt training strategies to meet operational needs




• Support City staff with specialized training on CRM systems
• Maintain training materials for accuracy and accessibility
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Analytics Officers
Requirements:
• College diploma in Business or related field
• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in training and customer service
• Knowledge of CRM systems as an asset
• Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid Class G driver’s license
