Alberta Health Services is seeking a motivated individual for this role at Wetaskiwin Hospital & Care Centre. You will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and safety across patient rooms and clinical areas. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, operating industrial cleaning equipment, and monitoring supplies. Your efforts will support infection control and health standards while contributing to patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum clinical and non-clinical areas
• Restock bathroom supplies and linens as needed




• Operate cleaning equipment for floor maintenance
• Wash ceilings, windows, and empty hazardous waste
• Report potential hazards and assist in training recent staff
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks of lifting and pushing
• Knowledge of operating computers and smartphones
• Previous healthcare cleaning experience preferred
• Availability for various shifts including weekends
