The Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Arcadis entails supporting construction and infrastructure projects across Canada. You will focus on cost estimation, budget control, and contract administration while preparing cost plans from concept through execution. This position emphasizes providing commercial advice in line with Canadian standards and collaborating closely with project teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cost planning and estimating over project phases
• Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets for projects
• Manage contract documentation and variations accurately




• Support procurement activities and evaluate tender submissions
• Track project costs, producing monthly reports and forecasts
Requirements:
• Robust commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Proficient in cost management/estimating software
• Qualified member of CIQS or RICS preferred
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage
