Join Ducks Unlimited Canada as a full time Biologist focusing on biodiversity and conservation science. This role involves research on wetland ecology, field data collection, and collaboration across teams.
As a Biologist, you will work closely with a Research Scientist and be integral in applied conservation research. Key activities involve managing ecological data, contributing to manuscripts, and developing outreach materials related to habitat conservation. Your efforts will support DUC's mission and conservation objectives across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research activities in biodiversity and wetland ecology
• Analyze and interpret ecological and geospatial data
• Contribute to scientific manuscripts and reports




• Collaborate with partners to meet conservation goals
• Develop science communication and outreach content
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Three years of related work experience
• Proficient in ArcGIS or similar GIS platforms
• Experience with field research and data management
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
Utilize your scientific expertise to enhance conservation efforts and support critical habitat initiatives.
